LAUREN BAUER

Owner, Engineering & Technology

Lauren is one of the founding members of Bauer Precision Machining and serves the technical needs of our clients. Through her knowledge in all areas of machining – from engineering to CAD design to CNC program development and operation – she’s able to work with complex systems and integrate them at every stage of a project lifecycle. She also serves as the Quality Management Representative for BPM.

Tyler is one of the founding members of Bauer Precision Machining. He brings 8 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry and currently acts as the forward face of BPM. He sets up sales plans, sustains a positive rapport with our clients, and tracks market developments to identify new opportunities and increase BPM’s level of service
